Shipping

Orders are prepared within 2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days across Egypt.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, InstaPay / Vodafone Cash transfers (verified before shipping), and online payment when available.

Returns

Unopened, unused rolls and panels may be returned after delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping fees. Opened or installed products cannot be returned.

Damaged on arrival

Contact us on WhatsApp (01130326866) with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
